Who is responsible for your data

Anyweather, Emmanouil Kampouri 12, Moschato 185 45, Attica, Greece. Telephone +30 697 942 2915, email info@anyweather.gr. We are the data controller for everything described below.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form, and only when you send it:

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not build profiles. The site sets no cookies of its own. If you press "Show the map" on the contact page, Google loads the map and may set its own cookies at that point — nothing is requested from Google until you press it.

Why we use it, and on what basis

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and arrange a survey. The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, together with the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Where the enquiry becomes a job, the details are kept for as long as the tax and commercial record-keeping rules require.

Who else sees it

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own marketing.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our use of it, or ask for it in a portable form. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time — that does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. Write to info@anyweather.gr and we will answer within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority: www.dpa.gr, Kifissias 1–3, 115 23 Athens, +30 210 6475600.

Changes to this policy

If we change how the form works, what we keep or who processes it, this page changes with it and the date at the top is updated.
